SCHOOL WELLNESS

School is the place where a student devotes his complete energy in learning and getting ready to face the real world. To be able to successfully grasping the knowledge, ypur child needs to be fit physically, mentally and internally. In order to design a beautiful future of students, school needs to invests its time in looking after student’s healthand well-being.

School Wellness is an overall wellness of student and school staff from healthy eating, physical activity, nutrition education and physical education. School wellness plays a role in every part of the school environment, from the lunchroom to the classroom to the playground to the front office. Parents, school staff and students can all influence school wellness activities, policies and actices.

It is an Active Participation of Teachers to develop the sense of responsibility in children with the help of organised sessions of awareness for a better future for our world.
